Director
Jorge, a lawyer registered at ICA Málaga, has a degree in Law from UNED and a Master's degree in access to the legal profession from the same university and a Higher Technician in Administration and Finance. He has extensive knowledge in different areas such as Labor Law, Administrative Law, Tax Law, Criminal Law and Civil Liability. He also has extensive experience in the management and administration of law firms and other companies.
Daniel Bravo Matilla
Tax Advisor
Daniel is a graduate in Law from the University of Malaga, with a Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and a Master's Degree in Tax Consultancy. He has extensive experience in writing legal articles for websites in the sector and in creating legal and economic podcasts, especially in the field of cryptoassets and blockchain technology. He is in charge of the firm's tax department as well as publishing legal material through social media and our website.
Alejandra Benitez Cruz
Attorney
Alejandra has been an active solicitor since 2002. She has a degree in Law and is a specialist in Procedural Procedures and is a member of the Malaga Bar Association. Her qualifications include the title of Civil and Commercial Mediator and a trainer for the master's degree for access to solicitors. She is a dynamic person with a lot of experience in the legal world, providing our firm with added value due to her experience and know-how.
Daniel Fernandez
Administrative Officer
Daniel is an administrative officer, with a higher vocational training degree. He has trained in traffic accident processing and legal secretarial work. At the same time, he is a senior technician in sound and audio-visuals, bringing to our firm all his knowledge and experience in the area of communication, social networks and the web, being our community manager.
